Speak Ya Peace is a twice monthly event at theArtWorks™️ promoting open communication of all types.

Webster’s dictionary definition to Speak conveys:

1-To express thoughts, opinions, or feelings orally

2-To extend a greeting

3-To express oneself before a group

4 To express feeling by other then verbal means

The beauty of communication lies within the Arts. The various degrees of interpreting emotion allows for vulnerability , authenticity, and creativity. When you “Speak Ya Peace” you’re participating in Releasing your message through Artistic divinity. We’re all artist whether we know it or not. Our creator has bestowed upon us the ability to create. We Speak through Poetry, Storytelling, Singing, Dancing, Drawing, Music and often our voices are heard through visualization. We’re connecting as a community to support the Arts @theArtWorks, and this makers space is open to respectfully emerge into your Art to share, grow, understand, and appreciate the many forms of articulating through the Arts.
