theArtWorks™ houses a 7K square foot gallery, artists studios, coffee shop, wifi, and more. The gallery gives artists a place to work their work, the community an event venue. Studios include workspace, individual galleries and shop. Meeting and classrooms are also available. And of course, the coffee shop and wifi enhances space for conversations, meetings, and social interaction.
Friday, March 22nd, from 6-9pm, we'll be celebrating the Exhibition and Sale of work from our Art Village artists while enjoying the sounds of from Al DiMarco. We're having a special guest, sculptor Paul Hill, introduce his piece "Prey with Ease", a permanent addition to theArtWorks™. As a kick off for Cape Fear Craft Beer Week, we'll be serving samples of beer from our new South Front District neighbors, New Anthem Beer Project! We're raffling a piece from Meroe Wheatley for our art scholarship raffle, and, as always, our Art Village is open for your browsing pleasure.
