The Knowles are a retired couple but you wouldn't know it from their very active life.   Jim had bought the original Block Shirt Factory building in 1998, to house his collection of antique cars--all 260 of them!  But he doesn't really stop at just antique cars.  Jim's an avid collector of antiques or just great bargains.  He's the kind of guy when he gets an idea, he gets that idea going.  So when he decided to turn his warehouse into an art village, Betsy whose heart was set on traveling more, gave her blessings, but put her foot down on how it was to be financed:  "Not unless it was financially feasible and not from our personal money!" she said.  So Jim sells his fabulous antique cars to support the making of an artist village.  Now, that is  love what you're doing!
