theArtWorks™ houses  a 7K square foot gallery, artists studios, coffee shop, wifi, and more.  The gallery gives artists a place to work their work, the community an event venue.  Studios include workspace, individual galleries and shop.  Meeting and classrooms are also available. And of course, the coffee shop and wifi enhances space for conversations, meetings, and social interaction.

Acrylic class:

One on one available
Up to 4  students in small studio, or max of 8 in classroom.  I will supply paints and brushes for first class to try it and see if you like it, then students would the be required to purchase their own supplies.  Specialize in teaching roses and hydrangea's, can do scenery and landscapes, African animals.

Serviette Class:

In this class we use paper napkins (serviettes) and apply them to a number of different pieces.  I will supply a wooden place mat and 2 coasters and all the paints, varnish etc to complete this project.  You choose the design of the napkin to suit your taste.  Once you learn this technique you can have so much fun, recycling bits and pieces from around the home.

I have been living in Wilmington now for 5 years,my husband works in the recycling industry so we will be here for a few more years.

I have taught painting and decorating for about 20 years.

So I teach Acrylic Art and use paper napkins to create useful and decorative items.

I can teach you how to redo furniture, lamps, vases,and anything you can find round the house or garage sales and thrift store's.

Also organize shopping trips and weekend getaways to paint.
